What it does
The server wraps the public KontragentPro API v2 in five tools: search_companies filters legal entities (annual income from open FNS data, region, industry code, headcount, bankruptcy status), get_company returns a full company card in one call by INN, get_company_financials returns multi-year history from the FNS financial statements register, falling back to a one-year open-data snapshot when unavailable, and get_company_timeline collects an event feed: bankruptcies, Prosecutor General inspections, trademarks, official gazette entries, foreign-agent status. check_account reports balance, plan and daily quota but requires a key. All data comes from official open registries: EGRUL/EGRIP, FNS, the bankruptcy register, Rospatent, and sanctions and foreign-agent lists, with each card block noting its source and retrieval date.
Who it is for. For lawyers, finance staff and founders who need a quick counterparty check by INN without a mandatory signup.
Good fit when
- You need a quick company check by INN: status, founders, bankruptcy
- You need multi-year revenue and other metrics from FNS filings
- You need to shortlist companies by region, industry code or income without a known INN yet
Not a fit when
- You need higher rate limits or to check your balance: check_account and a higher daily limit need a KONTRAGENTPRO_API_KEY
- You need an official EGRUL extract for a court or a bank: the service explicitly says it is not a substitute
- You need data beyond open sources, such as non-public financial reporting

Without a key the server runs in an anonymous free mode with a reduced rate limit. Data is provided as-is from public sources and is explicitly not a substitute for an official registry extract. Some financials come from the FNS financial statements register, and when unavailable only a one-year open-data snapshot is used, so history depth varies between companies.
How to disable. Remove the kontragentpro block from mcpServers in your client configuration.
