What it does
The server gives six tools for managing a VK community wall: publishing a post on behalf of the group with optional scheduled posting at a specific time, uploading a photo to the wall by URL and getting an attachment string, reading recent posts with view, like, comment and repost counters, counters for specific posts by ID, day-by-day community statistics, and comments on a post. It is built on FastMCP, with the access key and group ID set via environment variables, plus an optional Telegram notification token. It deploys to free hosts like Koyeb, Render or FastMCP Cloud.
Who it is for. For small VK communities that need a simple bridge between an agent or a Notion workflow and the group wall.

The project is small, a single server file originally written for one specific community, Mir Iskusstvennogo Intellekta, though the group ID is configurable via an environment variable. Server call authorization via MCP_AUTH_TOKEN is optional; without it the server responds with no header check. Free hosting options like Render sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity, and the first request after sleep takes 30 to 60 seconds.
How to disable. Stop the hosting deployment or the server process and remove it from your MCP client configuration.

Yes, the group ID is set via VK_GROUP_ID, though the server was originally written for one specific community.
