You give it a task plus the evidence behind the work: spreadsheets, reports, emails, screenshots, transcripts, links or scripts, and the platform builds a repeatable skill with instructions, evals and acceptance checks, so the result is not just a prompt but a working package. It then governs the skills' lifecycle through your own marketplace: discovery, updates, rollback, quarantine and distribution across agent platforms. It installs as a plugin in Claude Code, Codex and other environments.
