What it does
Legal Skills Open is a large open library of Anthropic-format Skills covering 39 jurisdictions and 200+ practice areas. The ru folder covers Russian law and splits into separate Claude Code plugins, each with its own plugin.json. The ru-arbitration plugin ships two Skills: poshlina-calc for calculating the state fee for arbitration court, and case-law-analysis for reviewing court practice. The ru-contracts plugin ships one Skill, ru-legal-contract-review. A shared CLAUDE.md at the ru folder level sets context for the Russian legal system: the hierarchy of legal sources from the Constitution to Supreme Court rulings, discipline around tracking current law editions, and general citation rules, loaded before each plugin's own CLAUDE.md.

The Russian section is small relative to the whole library: two plugins, three Skills, version 0.1.0. The ru-contracts plugin.json lists its language as English even though the description text is in Russian, which looks like a metadata inconsistency. The whole repository is huge (over 9000 files); install only the ru folder you need, not the entire library.
How to disable. Remove the ru/arbitration and ru/contracts folders from your agent's installed plugins or skills.

As checked, ru currently lists only arbitration procedure and a general contract review plugin; the rest of the library mostly covers other jurisdictions.
