What it does
A Claude Code plugin that assembles a development workflow from four parts. Seven subagents (orchestrator, code reviewer, debugger, docs writer, security auditor, refactorer, test architect) spawn per task. Twenty-six slash commands cover commits, review, tests, planning, refactoring and onboarding. Fourteen skills carry knowledge for architecture, testing, performance, databases, security and other domains. Fourteen hooks automatically format code, scan for secrets, check types and send notifications. Templates for CLAUDE.md, settings and MCP configuration are included.

The full set with agents, commands and hooks installs into Claude Code; installing through the Skills CLI carries only the skills. Hooks need Python 3, some commands need Node.js and git. Claude Code 1.0.33 or newer is required. Hooks edit files and run external formatting and check tools.
How to disable. Remove the project-starter plugin via /plugin. If installed through the Skills CLI, remove the skill folders from the agent's directory.

What is the difference between the skills.sh and npx installs?
