What it does
The plugin installs a Go binary called yandex-cli and wraps it as a Claude Code skill. Tracker access is read-only: issue lists and cards with their links, queues, comments and attachments. Wiki gets a full cycle: subpage lists, page read and write, full-text search, attachments. A standout feature is Markdown round-trip with attachments: one command downloads a page and its files into a local folder, rewrites links to a relative form for editing, and re-uploads new files automatically on push-back. Output is plain text and compact by default, tuned for an agent to read, with a --json flag on every command.
Who it is for. For Claude Code developers who want one tool for reading Tracker issues and full Wiki access, including offline page editing.

Tracker access is read-only: no posting comments, transitioning statuses or editing issues. Wiki attachment uploads are single-part only, files over 16 MiB are rejected even though the Yandex API supports chunked uploads. Wiki page listing only works via --parent, text search is a separate wiki search command.
How to disable. Run /plugin uninstall yandex@butvinm-yandex-skill in Claude Code and remove the yandex-cli binary from PATH if needed.

Why is Tracker read-only?
The author states plainly in the Limitations section that Tracker writes (comments, transitions, edits) are not implemented.
How does offline Wiki page editing work?
The --attachments-dir flag on wiki pages get, create and update syncs attachments with a local folder and rewrites links between the server and local forms for editing in a text editor.
