What it does
The repository collects the current Claude Code system prompts in one place. Claude Code does not have a single prompt but many: parts added depending on environment and settings, descriptions of built-in tools like Write and Bash, separate prompts for the Plan and Explore agents and utility prompts for context compaction, CLAUDE.md generation, session titles and other functions. Each piece comes with a token count. There is a per-version changelog, and the repository is updated soon after every Claude Code release.
