What it does
The repository collects a system prompt and skills that set a model up to work like a designer: content discipline without filler, rejection of recognizable AI layout tropes, hierarchy and rhythm, accessibility (WCAG, semantic HTML, focus, motion), interface states and a component system. The prompt is put into any model with a system prompt: Claude, GPT, Gemini or a local one, and the skills are connected as needed. There are folders for Claude and Codex. MIT license. The author calls the prompt a reconstruction of the Anthropic Claude Design system prompt.
Who it is for. For developers and designers who want a model to make interfaces with thought-out hierarchy and accessibility and not template markup.
Good fit when
- You need a system prompt for interface design in any model
- You need accessibility and interface state discipline
- You need design skills for Claude and Codex
Not a fit when
- You need the official Anthropic prompt: this is a community reconstruction
- You need verified rights to the text: authenticity and origin are not confirmed
Example request
Use this system prompt and make a sign-in screen with clear field states and visible focusLimitations
This is a community reconstruction and not official Anthropic material: the authenticity of the text and the rights to use it are not verified. For commercial use rely on the repository license and judge the result yourself. The prompt sets strong style defaults, so the result may not fit your brand. Access is minimal: this is text and instructions.
How to disable. Remove the prompt from the model's system settings and the skills folder from the agent's folder.
