What it does
The skill checks drawings against requirements outside GOST standards and SP codes: federal laws, technical regulations, government decrees, orders, sanitary rules, regional and municipal acts, land-use rules, the client's contractual standards, and mandatory manufacturer instructions. It first records the jurisdiction and the project: country, region, municipality, site address and purpose; if the jurisdiction is unclear it stops short of a compliance conclusion and asks for the missing data. It then builds a requirement hierarchy, routing GOST to the sibling archicad-gost-compliance skill and SP codes to archicad-sp-compliance, and does not let a contractual rule override a mandatory higher-level requirement. Every observation gets a compliant, noncompliant, not_applicable or not_verifiable status with the sheet, the issuing authority and an official source, and the report separately lists mandatory, contractual and informational rules along with any conflicts between documents.
Who it is for. For architects and BIM engineers who need to reconcile laws, sanitary rules and local acts and check a drawing against them, without replacing a lawyer.
