What it does
The skill acts as a reviewer, not a certification body: it first records the scope (file path and revision, project stage, sheet list, standards specified by the client), then establishes which GOST standards apply based on their official status and edition. It checks the drawing set composition, title blocks, scales, axes, dimensions, lines, hatching and symbols, and for a native PLN file separately verifies Archicad elements and publisher settings. Every row in the issue register carries the sheet, the observation, the standard's clause, an official reference and a status: compliant, noncompliant, not_applicable or not_verifiable. The final report follows a template with a scope summary, a coverage matrix and a remediation plan, and the validate_compliance_register.py script runs before handoff. It edits source files only on an explicit separate user command; by default it leaves them unchanged.
Who it is for. For architects and BIM engineers preparing Archicad drawings for formal review who want a preliminary GOST check before handing them to an expert.

A missing sheet or an inaccessible clause is marked not_verifiable rather than automatically noncompliant. Checking a PDF does not replace checking native Archicad elements, layouts and external drawings. The project has no stars or outside reviews yet, and the author states it is not affiliated with Graphisoft.
How to disable. Remove the skill with npx skills remove archicad-gost-compliance, or delete the skill folder from your Codex environment.

FAQ
Can the skill fix the drawing itself?
Only on a separate explicit user command, and even then after checking the project path, a backup and live input, with a visual check after saving.
What if some sheets are unavailable for review?
That item gets a not_verifiable status rather than noncompliant, and goes into a separate list of missing sources in the report.
