What it does
The skill turns a Bitrix24 portal into a control center for headless dev agents (Claude Code, Codex or another CLI agent). An idea becomes a portal task, a conveyor daemon watches the board, and once a card lands in the AI Queue stage, an agent spins up in its own git worktree, plans, writes code, commits, ticks the checklist and submits the work for review. The card moves to Human Review, the bot offers accept or return-with-comment buttons, and a return relaunches the agent with the new feedback. Project shared memory (decisions, guides, gotchas) lives as markdown on the portal's Drive, versioned and synced into every agent session via hooks. A planner can break an epic into dependent subtasks, which Bitrix24 renders as a Gantt chart, and the conveyor executes them in dependency order with maximum parallelism. In federation mode, one person can hand a task to another person's agent with an explicit token budget, with the portal acting as customs between them.
Who it is for. For solo developers and small teams on Bitrix24 who want to assign and accept AI agent work from their phone without opening a terminal.
Good fit when

- You have no macOS or Linux for the background conveyor: Windows is not supported

Requires Bitrix24 (cloud, free plan works) with an inbound webhook, Python 3.9+ with no external dependencies, and Claude Code or Codex CLI installed on the machine running the conveyor. Budget limits (--max-budget-usd) are strictly enforced only for the claude backend; for codex and custom agents they are advisory only and need their own wrapper. Runs on macOS and Linux, no Windows support.
How to disable. Stop the background conveyor (b24 watch --uninstall, or disable the launchd/systemd unit), remove ~/.claude/skills/b24-hq and revoke the webhook on the portal.

FAQ
Does it need a public server or OAuth app?
No, bots use imbot.v2 polling mode, the conveyor polls the board itself, no public server is required.
How is the headless agent contained in someone else's repo?
It runs with your coding agent's own tools (Claude Code's default is Bash, Edit, Write, Read, Glob, Grep, WebFetch), task text is treated as data rather than instructions, and there are budget caps, a creator allow-list and daily run limits.
