bitrix24-for-ai-agents: a skill for safe work with a Bitrix24 portal
bitrix24-for-ai-agents
A Portuguese skill that teaches an agent to read and change a Bitrix24 portal in order: map, backup, plan, a trial on one record

Broad access
Why this level
- The webhook acts with the rights of the user who created it, and stage changes and bulk edits start robots that can message customers
- The script can delete records through the REST API, though it requires two confirmations

What it does
The skill gives an agent a method for working with a portal through the REST API over an incoming webhook. Any work starts with reading: a portal map, the records involved and the automations of the stage. Before writing, the agent shows a plan, makes a backup, tries the edit on one record, then applies it in a batch and checks the result. The `scripts/b24.py` script blocks every method except reading until `--confirmar` is passed, and deletion also needs `--confirmar-exclusao`. The `references/` folder covers access, the data model, filters and exports, edits and rollback, setting up funnels and fields, linking with n8n and Make, BI Builder, and the Essentials and Vibe+ plans. `scripts/restaurar.py` builds a batch that undoes an edit from the backup, and `scripts/bpt.py` reads and writes business process templates.
Who it is for. Bitrix24 CRM consultants and administrators who edit deals and fields in bulk and want the agent not to trigger unwanted automations.
Good fit when
- You need deals idle for more than 60 days counted per manager, with links to the records
- Moving deals to the "Lost" stage should first show which stage robots will fire
- Exporting all contacts with a phone to a CSV that opens correctly in Excel
- Linking Bitrix24 with n8n: a notification when a lead reaches a stage
Not a fit when
- The portal is on a plan without REST API: scripts read nothing and only on-screen instructions remain
- You need a PHP or JavaScript integration with a ready SDK: the skill does not replace a library
- You want to delete records fast without a backup: the skill asks for a backup and a second confirmation
Example request
How many deals have stood on one stage for more than 60 days per manager? State the condition in words and give linksLimitations
Skill texts and portal links are in Portuguese, while commands and method codes are universal. It needs Python 3 without external packages and an incoming webhook with minimal rights. Since September 1, 2026 REST API is only in Vibe+ plans, Essentials does not have it, and old monthly and quarterly plans lose it on November 30, 2026. The CC BY 4.0 license requires crediting the author. One author, the last commit in October 2026, no stars.
How to disable. Delete the `~/.claude/skills/bitrix24-for-ai-agents` folder or `.claude/skills/bitrix24-for-ai-agents` in the project and revoke the incoming webhook in the portal developer section.
FAQ
How do I give the skill a webhook?
Save the incoming webhook address in the `BITRIX24_WEBHOOK` variable. It must not go into chat or repository files, and error messages mask the address.
What happens when records are deleted?
The script requires `--confirmar` and also `--confirmar-exclusao`, and the skill advises moving a record to a closing stage or marking a field instead of deleting.
Why is a stage change dangerous?
Stage robots and business processes also fire when the change comes through the API and can send a customer an email or message. The skill reads the automations of the target stage first.
Which limits does the script respect?
At most 2 calls per second, batches of up to 50 commands and a wait on `QUERY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED`. A write is not repeated after a timeout, and the script asks you to check the portal.
Does the skill work outside Claude Code?
Yes. In Claude.ai it is uploaded as an archive from releases, and Codex, Cursor and other agents get the path to `SKILL.md` and run scripts from `scripts/`.

**Conectar.** Rode `python3 scripts/b24.py ping`. - **"REST is available only by subscription" ou "only on commercial plans":** o portal está num plano sem API REST: o Essentials, desde 2026, ou o gratuito.
