Bitrix24 for Claude Code

Битрикс24 для Claude Code

A single-file skill directly on the Bitrix24 REST API instead of a third-party MCP: the webhook never leaves the portal, token masking, no deletes

Skill

Medium risk

We rate an entry medium when the tool runs code, makes network calls or reads project files. Check what exactly it does before installing.

Why this level

  • Reads customer data from the CRM and can create records on the user's direct request
  • Rights are limited to whatever the inbound webhook was granted, including scopes an admin over-granted by accident

Text for your agent

Tell Claude Code: install the skill from https://github.com/aipedagog/bitrix24-skill globally into ~/.claude/skills/, running a security audit first, then installing. Then put the webhook in config/.env and verify the connection with python3 ~/.claude/skills/bitrix24/scripts/b24.py --probe.

Method 1 from the README: a single Claude Code prompt.

This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.

What it does

The skill gives Claude Code access to deals, leads, contacts, companies, tasks, pipelines and assignees on a Bitrix24 portal through its own code on top of the REST API, rather than a third-party MCP server that would need the webhook handed to it. The webhook is stored only in config/.env and is never forwarded anywhere. The b24.py script calls any REST method directly, supports pagination, a request rate limit, and dumping a large selection to a TSV file instead of the chat. The README explicitly explains the difference between this skill, Bitrix24's official documentation MCP (which does not see portal data), the portal's built-in MCP connections (needing a BitrixGPT subscription) and third-party GitHub MCP servers that ask for the whole webhook.

Who it is for. For Bitrix24 portal owners and managers who want to query CRM data in plain language without handing the webhook to a third-party server.

Good fit when

  • You need reports on deals, pipelines and assignees in plain language, without writing SQL or REST calls
  • It matters that the webhook never goes to someone else's code or cloud service
  • You need a large selection exported to a file rather than dumped into the chat

Not a fit when

  • You need bulk writes or deletes: the skill does not do this at all
  • Your boxed portal is reachable only inside a closed company network, and Claude Code runs outside it
  • You need an MCP server that stays loaded in memory, not a skill that connects on demand

Example request

How many deals did we win in August and how many did each manager close

Limitations

Delete methods are never called, there is no bulk editing, changes happen only on the user's direct request. Requires Python 3, installable from the Microsoft Store on Windows. For boxed portals inside a closed company network, the skill must run on a machine inside that network.

How to disable. Remove the bitrix24 folder from ~/.claude/skills/ and revoke the webhook under Applications, Developer Resources in the portal.

Security check

  • Reads customer data from the CRM and can create records on the user's direct request
  • Rights are limited to whatever the inbound webhook was granted, including scopes an admin over-granted by accident

README in short

The README explains the difference between four ways to connect AI to Bitrix24 (the official docs MCP, the portal's built-in BitrixGPT MCP connections, third-party MCP servers needing the webhook, and this skill), gives a one-phrase Claude Code install or a manual one, step-by-step webhook setup with minimal scopes alongside an admin, three warnings about the webhook being a login and password in one string, usage examples in plain words and directly via the script, a list of what the skill does not do, and a section on handling customer data. FAQ

Where does the webhook go?

Only to your own Bitrix24 portal, the skill calls the REST API directly with code sitting in a single file in front of you, it never hands the webhook to a third-party server.

Can the skill delete data?

No, delete methods are never called in the code, and the skill does not do bulk edits.
