bitrix24
A Claude Code skill for Bitrix24 covering CRM, tasks, calendar, chats and open lines in plain business language, with no technical jargon in replies
Medium risk
We rate an entry medium when the tool runs code, makes network calls or reads project files. Check what exactly it does before installing.
Why this level
- Grants access to the company's CRM, tasks, chats and open lines through the portal's REST API
- Depends on a third-party documentation MCP server at bitrix24.tech outside the skill author's control

Copy the 1cvibe/bitrix24-skill repository into your Claude Code skills directory, install python3, connect the documentation MCP server at https://mcp-dev.bitrix24.tech/mcp over streamable_http as declared in SKILL.md's metadata, and set up the agent's access to Bitrix24 via a webhook or OAuth app.
This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.
What it does
SKILL.md triggers on dozens of Russian and English phrases about deals, tasks, meetings, chats, open lines, projects, work time, files, employees and the feed, and wires in a remote documentation MCP server at bitrix24.tech to look up the right REST API method. The skill's core rule: the agent is talking to a company director, not a developer, so read requests execute immediately with no clarifying questions, and words like API, REST, webhook or MCP are banned from replies to the user. Details for each Bitrix24 area live in reference files: crm.md, tasks.md, calendar.md, chat.md, openlines.md, drive.md, projects.md, timeman.md, feed.md, users.md, sites.md, smartprocess.md, quotes.md, channels.md and others.
Who it is for. For Bitrix24 business owners and managers who want answers about deals, tasks and their team without technical jargon.
Good fit when
- You want an assistant that shows deals, tasks or a schedule right away without clarifying questions
- You want ready scenarios like a morning briefing, weekly report or team status
- Your audience is not developers, and replies must avoid mentioning API or webhook
Not a fit when
- You need technical access to or debugging of the raw Bitrix24 REST API: the skill deliberately hides those details
- You need writes without confirmation: the skill is built around a cautious approach to writing data
- You have no access to the remote mcp-dev.bitrix24.tech MCP server the method search depends on
Example request
Give me Wednesday's schedule and show overdue tasksLimitations
The repository has no README; what each file does is only visible from the tree and SKILL.md. The skill needs python3 and depends on an external documentation MCP server at bitrix24.tech that the skill's author does not control. Its metadata suggests it is built for the openclaw ecosystem and may trace back to a separate rsvbitrix/bitrix24-skill repository; it is not the only Bitrix24 skill in the catalog.
How to disable. Delete the skill folder from your agent's skills directory.
Security check
- Grants access to the company's CRM, tasks, chats and open lines through the portal's REST API
- Depends on a third-party documentation MCP server at bitrix24.tech outside the skill author's control
README in short
Instead of a README, the project has a detailed SKILL.md with YAML frontmatter: trigger phrases across CRM, tasks, calendar, chat, open lines, projects, time, drive, org structure and feed sections, a link to the documentation MCP server, tags and aliases. The main text sets strict rules for talking to a non-technical user and lists banned technical terms.
SKILL.md
--- name: bitrix24 description: > Work with Bitrix24 (Битрикс24) via REST API and MCP documentation server. Triggers on: CRM — "сделки", "контакты", "лиды", "воронка", "клиенты", "deals", "contacts", "leads", "pipeline"; Tasks — "задачи", "мои задачи", "просроченные", "создай задачу", "tasks", "overdue", "to-do"; Calendar — "расписание", "встречи", "календарь", "schedule", "meetings", "events"; Chat — "чаты", "сообщения", "уведомления", "написать", "notifications", "messages"; ... # Bitrix24 ## STOP — Read These Rules Before Doing Anything You are talking to a business person (company director), NOT a developer. They do not know what an API is. They do not want to see technical details. Every violation of these rules makes the user angry. ### Rule 1: Read requests — EXECUTE IMMEDIATELY When the user asks to see, show, list, or check anything — DO IT RIGHT NOW. Do not ask questions.
FAQ
Does the skill call Bitrix24 itself or just use MCP docs?
The connected bitrix24.tech MCP server provides REST API method search and descriptions, while the skill makes the actual portal calls via python3 and plain HTTP requests following the reference files.
Why can't replies mention API or webhook?
The SKILL.md rule targets a non-technical user: a director cares about the result, not the request mechanics.
