What it does

The repository holds LaTeX templates for common Chinese research documents: NSFC grant applications, SCI papers, theses and academic CVs, with shared style packages kept separate from the concrete projects built on them. On top of the templates sits a set of SKILL.md skills for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other harnesses: they install and update the shared LaTeX packages, bring a project up to its product line's official standard, do pixel-level PDF comparison against a reference, and decide whether a change belongs at the project level or in the shared style package. PDF compilation, Word export and visible word counts are triggered with a plain Chinese phrase to the agent rather than a separate command.

Who it is for. For Chinese-speaking researchers and graduate students preparing grant applications, papers, theses or CVs in LaTeX with the help of an AI agent.

Limitations

All documentation, prompts and most skills are in Chinese. The README explicitly warns that using the project requires sufficient AI compute (a paid agent subscription) and links to the author's own article on that. Some skills are marked as still in development and not recommended for beginners.

How to disable. Remove the skills/ directory from the project or from the system location where the bensz skills installer copied it, and remove the installed LaTeX packages under packages/.

• Skills work with local LaTeX files and don't perform external network operations beyond installing packages

The README presents the project as an AI agent for research documents built on the idea of Vibe Coding: the agent analyzes the template structure, proposes an optimization plan, a human approves it, and the agent executes and tests the build. A table recommends specific models for Codex CLI and Claude Code depending on task type. The sections on installing shared LaTeX packages and on compiling PDFs or exporting Word documents are built around simple prompt phrases that the agent expands into the right commands. A separate Skills section describes an extensible skill system and warns beginners away from immature skills. MIT licensed.

# ChineseResearchLaTeX 模板落地与高保真对齐器

- 让 `ChineseResearchLaTeX` 中的目标项目按当前真实架构落成高质量模板。
- 先判断该改 `projects/*` 还是 `packages/bensz-*`。
- 若必须改公共包，先做回归计划，再跑受影响模板的官方验证。
- 验收始终以各产品线官方构建入口为准。
