What it does
The skill turns Claude Code into an analyst for BotHelp's multi-messenger chat bots (Telegram, Instagram, VK, Facebook, WhatsApp): it builds a map of all active bots, shows a given bot's step structure, lists auto-broadcasts, and does a full paginated subscriber export filtered by period, email and phone. Claude uses this data to compute funnel step drop-off, churn and UTM sources. Management is limited to what the API allows: updating a subscriber's name, email and phone via JSON Patch, starting or stopping a bot for a subscriber, adding or removing them from a funnel, and sending an individual message. Bulk broadcasts, creating bots or new steps, and editing step text are not supported by the BotHelp API, and the skill lists this honestly as a service limitation, not its own.
Who it is for. For people running BotHelp chat bots who want funnel analytics and subscriber segmentation without manual exports.
Good fit when

- You need to create new bots, funnel steps or auto-broadcasts, the BotHelp API does not support this

Management is limited to what the BotHelp Open API allows: no creating bots or steps, editing message text, or launching broadcasts. The author notes some write methods still need live exploration, since the request body shape is not always obvious from BotHelp's docs. It needs your own BotHelp OAuth app client_id and client_secret.
How to disable. Delete the ~/.claude/skills/bothelp folder and revoke the OAuth app in BotHelp settings.
