What it does
The bitrix24-bi-reports skill packages hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Bitrix24's BI constructor (Trino on top of Apache Superset 6.0). It has a dataset catalog (tasks, CRM, stage history, products and stock, smart processes, telephony, orders, traffic, business processes) noting which tables are verified in real reports. It also covers Trino-specific syntax (CONCAT instead of ||, MOD instead of %, type casting between deal and stage fields), SQL patterns for clickable links, cumulative funnels and conversions, telephony gotchas (not confusing call_duration with record_duration), the structure of smart processes, and coloring table cells via CONCAT and HTML because Superset's built-in conditional formatting does not work for string columns. It includes a table of over 20 common problems with fixes and a 15-point checklist before delivering a report.
Who it is for. For anyone building reports and dashboards in Bitrix24's BI constructor who wants to avoid known Trino and SQL pitfalls.

The skill covers only the BI constructor (Trino and Superset), not the general Bitrix24 REST API. Datasets and fields can differ by portal; the author marks which tables are verified and which still need exploring. A second skill, bitrix24-documents, is not published yet.

FAQ
Why doesn't plain SQL work in the BI constructor?
Because it runs on Trino, not MySQL: you need CONCAT instead of ||, MOD instead of %, and explicit casting between VARCHAR and BIGINT, and the skill collects these differences in one place.
Does the skill work outside Claude?
Yes, SKILL.md follows the open Agent Skills standard and installs into ChatGPT, Codex and Qwen Code, only the install path changes.
