What it does

The skill parses the bpt format: a tree of PHP arrays, serialized with serialize() and compressed with zlib, which the Bitrix24 visual process editor uses to store a template. Bitrix does not validate references inside this file, so a link to a deleted activity or an undeclared constant silently turns into an empty string, invisible in the interface. By default the skill works with exported bpt files: it prints a summary and tree of the template, searches activities by type or title, and checks reference integrity. If a portal has a separate bizproc-agent gateway module installed and its URL and token are set as environment variables, the same skill reads and writes templates directly on the live portal, with automatic snapshots before every write and rollback to a previous version. The author verified the parse-and-rebuild cycle on 31 production templates from several portals and on all 2584 templates of one working portal, with zero discrepancies from the source.

Who it is for. For Bitrix24 developers who maintain complex business processes and want to catch hidden template defects before they surface in production.

Limitations

The repository is new with a single author and no stars. Reference validation is only partly semantic: it finds broken references but does not guarantee the tree is executable. Without the gateway module the skill does not write to the Bitrix24 database and does not fix running processes: importing the fixed file back is a manual step in the UI. With the gateway module the server can read and rewrite process templates on the portal, and the CodeActivity node inside a template holds arbitrary PHP that runs on the portal server, so such edits should always be shown to the user in full and confirmed separately. Requires Python with the phpserialize package.

How to disable. Remove the skill folder from your Claude Code skills directory and, if it was used, remove the bizproc-agent module from the portal.

• In the base mode it only works with local bpt files and does not write to Bitrix24
• With the gateway module enabled it can read and rewrite templates right on the portal, and a CodeActivity node in a template holds PHP code that runs on the server

# Шаблоны бизнес-процессов Битрикс24

Визуальный редактор БП рисует квадратики, а хранит дерево PHP-массивов,
сериализованное serialize() и сжатое zlib. Ни в интерфейсе, ни в базе нет
проверки ссылок: шаблон со ссылкой на удаленную активность или на необъявленную
константу спокойно сохранится, импортируется и запустится, просто подставив
пустую строку. Ошибки здесь тихие: процесс идет, письмо уходит с дыркой,
согласующий не назначается, в журнале чисто.

Отсюда главное правило работы: правь дерево, а не текст, и проверяй ссылки
до отдачи результата.

## Два режима работы

Скилл работает либо с файлами .bpt, либо с живым порталом через шлюз.

Файлы. Пользователь выгрузил шаблон из интерфейса. Работают
inspect_bpt.py, validate_bpt.py, bpt.py. Ничего настраивать не надо.

Живой портал. На портале установлен модуль-шлюз, и есть переменные
BPAGENT_URL и BPAGENT_TOKEN. Тогда все идет через bpagent.py.
