What it does

The skill assembles article layout for the Chinese WeChat platform, specifically for a gongzhonghao official account, from Markdown. Styling does not come from the model's imagination but from component libraries in references: six ready themes plus a shared library for code, images and signatures, and a theme can be generated from a description or a reference image. The skill adds section numbering, underlines keywords, builds an intro card and a table of contents, and supports code blocks, images and GIFs. The output is an HTML fragment with inlined styles and a preview page with a copy button. Two Python scripts check the source libraries and the final HTML for tags the platform strips and for correct wrapping of text nodes.

Who it is for. For authors and editors who lay out material for WeChat official accounts.

Limitations

The skill targets the WeChat editor's limits, so the output HTML is deliberately narrow: no style, script or div, no classes, no position, grid or external fonts, all styles inlined. It does not fit regular pages. Some steps, such as docx parsing or HTML validation, use Python scripts. The interface and themes are built around Chinese typography and full-width punctuation. The license is AGPL-3.0, which matters for commercial use and modification.

How to disable. Remove the gzh-design skill folder from the agent's skills directory, for example ~/.claude/skills/gzh-design.

The README presents a WeChat article layout skill for the Claude Code, Codex and Cursor agents. The core asset is the component libraries in references: six themes and a shared library, themes are picked from a single theme-index file, and SKILL.md handles only the workflow and decisions. The skill accepts Markdown, Word, PDF and plain text, normalizes them to Markdown, assembles HTML with inlined styles and span leaf wrapping, then checks the result with component_lint.py and validate_gzh_html.py. It installs with one skills.sh command or by cloning into the skills directory. AGPL-3.0 licensed.
