Internet Court

Internet Court Skill

A skill for agent-to-agent deals: one entry point to identity, negotiation, contracts, payments, escrow and dispute resolution

Skill

High risk

We rate an entry high when the tool writes to external systems, handles money, production databases or secrets, or runs arbitrary commands. The CLI installs it only with your consent.

Why this level

  • Initiates payments between agents and works with wallets and crypto assets
  • Sets up escrow and delegated spending permissions
  • Relies on third-party blockchain protocols and their keys

What it does

The skill gathers a fragmented set of agentic-commerce protocols into one entry point and adds the layer usually missing, an agreed way to settle disputes. The root SKILL.md acts as a router: it sends the agent to the right vendor skill for identity and reputation, negotiation, contracts, payments and escrow, execution and verification. The core idea is that when a deal is struck the parties agree up front who judges a dispute and how, written into the contract itself. The repository vendors the protocols' own official skills alongside connector skills that wire them together. Every step is described in natural language, so the agent runs the deal without assembling the stack by hand.

Who it is for. For developers and founders building agents that pay and transact with one another.

Good fit when

  • An agent needs to strike a deal or pay another agent for a service
  • You need escrow terms and a dispute procedure written into the contract
  • You need delegated spending permissions and mandates for an agent

Not a fit when

  • The agent has no wallets, keys or access to the required blockchain networks
  • You need ordinary card payments without agentic commerce and crypto protocols

Example request

Set up payment for another agent's service via x402 and write escrow and a dispute procedure into the contract

Limitations

The skill assumes environments where the agent has wallets, keys and access to the required blockchain networks and protocols; their setup and fees are on the user. The skill itself defines deal structure and routing, while execution depends on the vendored vendor skills, some of which are not published yet. Working with real funds and crypto assets carries financial risk, and mistakes in mandates and delegations can lose money. Availability of some protocols and services may differ by region.

How to disable. Remove the internet-court plugin via /plugin or delete the skill folder at .claude/skills/internet-court.

Security check

README in short

The README presents an open skill for contracts between agents and splits agentic commerce into six layers: identity and reputation, negotiation, contracts, payment and escrow, execution, and verification and disputes. Each layer lists its standards and the vendored official protocol skills, and the verification and dispute layer is named as the reason the project exists. The repository holds a root SKILL.md router, a connectors folder and dozens of vendored vendor skills. It is built by a consortium of companies, with an open and openly governed standard. # Internet Court

Internet Court is the entry skill for agent-to-agent commerce. Agents can
already discover each other, negotiate, and pay — what they lack is a way to
trust a counterparty they've never met. Internet Court does two things: it
connects a fragmented stack — identity, negotiation, contracts, payment,
escrow, execution — into one skill, and it builds in adjudication: when two
agents strike a deal, they agree up front how it settles if something goes
wrong.

This package contains two kinds of material. Route accordingly:

- Vendored protocol skills (vendored/) — official, publicly published
  skills from the protocols themselves.
- Connector skills (integrations/) — the Internet Court-specific glue that
  makes the protocols work together.

FAQ

Is this a single vendor's product?

No. The skill is assembled by a consortium of companies across the stack, the standard is open, and the protocols' official skills are vendored into the repository.

What does Internet Court add on top of the existing protocols?

A verification and dispute layer: the parties agree in advance who judges a dispute, written into the contract, plus connectors that wire the protocols together.
