What it does
The repository combines two things: a curated list of links to third-party skills and agents, and its own set of 21 installable skills in the skills folder. The original skills include code review with a Chinese report, README generation after analyzing the project, building and checking API tests against a real contract, refactoring advice, performance profiling, security and dependency audits, a database migration helper, GitHub Actions generation, and work with logs and error translation. Each skill is a folder with a SKILL.md that defines triggers and a workflow. They install by copying the folders into the agent's skills directory, and the README points to a mirror for GitHub access from China.
Who it is for. For developers who prefer working with Claude Code in Chinese and want ready skills for common code tasks.

The original skills and much of the guidance are geared to Chinese, and several reports are produced in Chinese. Besides its own skills the repository holds a large list of links to third-party projects whose quality the author does not control. Skills install manually by copying folders; there is no single command to install the whole set.
How to disable. Remove the copied skill folders from the skills directory, for example from ~/.claude/skills/.

Is it just a list of links?
No. Besides the curated third-party list, the skills folder holds 21 original installable skills with SKILL.md files.
Are the skills Chinese only?
Some skills, such as code review and README, produce Chinese output. Others, such as API tests and dependency audits, work in any language context.
