What it does
The set gives the agent product methodology gathered from Lenny Rachitsky's podcast and newsletter. Skills are grouped by the stages a product team runs: strategy and positioning, planning and prioritization, discovery and research, building and shipping, launch and go-to-market, growth and retention, team and communication. There are separate playbooks for marketplaces, AI products, the zero to one stage, PLG and enterprise, plus a career track. Each skill is a folder with a SKILL.md and a references file holding named frameworks, checklists and templates, plus a set of guest quotes verified against their sources. Skills install by copying the folders you need into the project's .claude/skills directory.
