What it does
The redfoxdata repository gathers 131 skills in its skills/ folder, each in its own subfolder with a SKILL.md. The skills work through the redfox.hk service: it needs a key in the REDFOX_API_KEY variable, and the service supplies data about Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, Kuaishou, WeChat (articles and video channels), TikTok, X, YouTube, Instagram, Weibo, Zhihu and car portals. By folder name the skills fall into groups. Search and feeds: xiaohongshu-search, douyin-search, bilibili-keywords-search, weibo-realtime-search, wechat-search. Account analysis: douyin-account-diagnosis scores an account out of 100 across six dimensions, plus xiaohongshu-account-analyzer and wechat-account-analyzer. Text and covers: xiaohongshu-title, wechat-write, wechat-cover and banned-word checkers for Douyin, WeChat and Xiaohongshu. There are also video and cover downloaders, trending-topic digests and search through AI assistants (DeepSeek, Kimi, Doubao), plus image and video generators such as seedream-5-lite and seedance-video-gen. Install them one at a time or all together with npx skills add redfox-data/redfox-community. The skills suit Cursor and Claude Code as well as OpenClaw, WorkBuddy and Qoder: put the folder of the skill you need into the agent's skills directory.
Who it is for. For content managers, marketers and analysts who follow Chinese social networks and write for them with an agent.
Good fit when
- You need popular Xiaohongshu notes for a keyword sorted by relevance, popularity and freshness
- A competitor's Douyin account has to be scored out of 100, with warnings about inflated numbers and decline
- Before publishing you must check a text for words the platform bans
- The agent needs a fresh digest of trending topics from several platforms
- You want the text and subtitles from a video link for reworking
Not a fit when
- You have no redfox.hk key: without REDFOX_API_KEY the data skills do not work
- You need data from Western platforms beyond the Chinese services: the set is built around Chinese social networks
- You want to download other people's material for republishing: copyright stays with the rights holder
- You need just one skill: take its subfolder, since installing all 131 is pointless

The data skills need a `REDFOX_API_KEY` issued by redfox.hk (format ak_xxxxxxxx). Set it as an environment variable or in ~/.openclaw/openclaw.json; some skills also take an --api-key parameter.
- Skill descriptions and texts are written in Chinese.
- Data comes from an external service; the repository holds only scripts and instructions. The platform catalog and terms are set by redfox.hk.
- Some skills download videos without platform watermarks and build style profiles of authors from their posts. Use them on your own material and with regard to content rights.
- No license is declared in the repository.
How to disable. Delete the redfox skill folders from the agent's skills directory (npx skills remove or by hand) and remove REDFOX_API_KEY from the environment and from ~/.openclaw/openclaw.json. The key can be revoked on redfox.hk.
FAQ
How do I install a redfox skill in Claude Code?
Run npx skills add with the URL of the subfolder, for example .../tree/main/skills/seedance-video-gen. npx skills add redfox-data/redfox-community lists the skills and lets you pick.
Where do I get REDFOX_API_KEY?
From your redfox.hk account, in the API keys section. The key looks like ak_xxxxxxxx and is set as an environment variable or with --api-key.
What does the douyin-account-diagnosis skill do?
From a Douyin nickname or ID it pulls the profile and recent works, scores the account out of 100 across six dimensions (profile, output, engagement, quality, trend, follower quality) and raises six kinds of warnings: inflated numbers, decline, limited reach, publishing gaps and others.
Does the set work with OpenClaw and Cursor?
Yes. Skills are folders with a SKILL.md, and the instructions list paths for Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, WorkBuddy and Qoder.
