Add the folder from https://github.com/skosovsky/slop-stop as a skill and apply its rules when writing and editing Russian texts.

What it does

The skill teaches the model to find and remove banned phrases, structural cliches such as binary contrasts and rhetorical setups, and stylistic habits like groups of three. Rules are split between the main SKILL.md and reference files for phrases, structures and before and after examples. Text is scored on five criteria from 1 to 10, and anything under 35 of 50 goes back for a rewrite.

Who it is for. Writers, editors and social media specialists who write in Russian with AI and do not want the text to sound machine-made.

Limitations

It is only a set of rules and does not check facts. Scoring is subjective and done by the model itself. There is no install command; the folder is added manually.

How to disable. Delete the slop-stop folder from the skills directory or remove SKILL.md from the system prompt.

# Стоп-Штамп (Slop Stop)

Избавьтесь от предсказуемых ИИ-паттернов в тексте.

## Основные правила

1. **Вырезайте слова-паразиты.** Удаляйте вводные конструкции («прочистку горла») и костыли для привлечения внимания. См. [references/phrases.md](references/phrases.md).

2. **Ломайте шаблонные структуры.** Избегайте бинарных контрастов, драматической фрагментации и риторических подводок. См. [references/structures.md](references/structures.md).

3. **Разнообразьте ритм.** Чередуйте длину предложений. Два элемента лучше, чем три. Заканчивайте абзацы по-разному.

4. **Доверяйте читателю.** Излагайте факты прямо. Пропустите смягчения, оправдания и «ведение за ручку».

5. **Вырезайте «цитаты из пабликов».** Если это звучит как псевдоглубокая цитата (врезка), перепишите.

## Быстрая проверка

Перед сдачей текста:

- Три предложения подряд имеют одинаковую длину? Разбейте одно из них.
- Абзац заканчивается броской однострочной фразой? Измените концовку.
- Тире перед «откровением»? Уберите.
- Объясняете метафору? Поверьте, читатель и так ее поймет.

## Оценка (Scoring)

Оцените текст от 1 до 10 по каждому параметру:
