What it does
Tastemaker is a skill that helps an agent make interfaces that do not look generated. It consists only of Markdown and scripts and needs no account and no key. Contrast is checked by WCAG calculation. The author himself honestly separates what is verifiable from taste. For Cursor the rules have to be converted as described in the README. MIT license.
Who it is for. For interface designers and developers who need a check of taste and accessibility of agent-generated results.
Good fit when
- You want an agent interface not to look template-made
- You need a WCAG contrast check
- You need a skill with no account and no key
Not a fit when
- You need an objective taste metric: there is none
- You need a ready design tool: this is a skill
Example request
Check the text contrast on my interface buttons by WCAG and suggest a more expressive paletteLimitations
The skill suggests techniques to the agent and taste stays subjective: the author separates what is verifiable, for example contrast, from judgment. Look at the result with your own eyes. Access is minimal: Markdown and scripts.
How to disable. Remove the skill from the agent's folder or the plugin through the plugin manager.
