What it does
WellAlly Health gives Claude Code commands for a personal health archive. The agent saves document details in JSON and maintains an index. Original images stay alongside the records so a person can verify extracted text. Commands manage a profile and observation logs. For example, `/save-report` parses a report image and `/query` searches saved data. Skills request period summaries and reports about changes in recorded measurements. The collection includes prompts for medication-interaction analysis and medical roles.

Prepare a WellAlly test archive with a fictional report. Show the files `/save-report` would create and the external tools it calls.Limitations
Run Claude Code with model access in the project; the helper package needs Node.js 18 or later and Python 3.8 or later. Instructions are mostly Chinese; check commands and field names before loading Russian documents. save-report needs a separately configured image analyzer; local JSON does not prevent health data reaching a model and OCR. Some health-trend-analyzer statistics examples are unimplemented; check dates, units and values against originals.
How to disable. Close the Claude Code session in this project and remove commands or skills copied into the client’s shared directory. Preserve personal data separately from source code. Before deleting the archive, inspect backups and synchronization access; deleting a folder does not remove information previously sent to a model.
FAQ
How do I start with WellAlly Health?
Download the repository and open its directory in Claude Code. Commands are in `.claude/commands`. Skills are in `.claude/skills`. Test them with fictional records first.
Does it require a separate database?
No. It saves JSON, Markdown and images in a directory structure. The record command uses `data/index.json` as its index.
Are medical-role agents actual specialists?
No. A role name does not establish the clinical accuracy of an answer. Discuss medical conclusions with a clinician.
Does local storage guarantee confidentiality?
No. Before adding personal documents, check which providers receive data from Claude Code and the image-analysis tool.
How is an examination date saved?
`/save-report` prioritizes a user-supplied date, then looks for one in the image. If none is found, its instructions allow the current date. Review that fallback manually.
