What it does
The server exposes part of the Moscow Exchange's public ISS information server as MCP tools: listing engines (trading systems), listing markets within an engine, listing trading boards, listing a market's securities with board filters, full-text search, sorting and leader selections, and trading history for a specific security with paginated output and date filters. The data is fully public, no key or subscription is needed. The server supports three transports: stdio by default, HTTP at /mcp, and SSE at /sse and /message, with the transport and address set via command-line flags.
Who it is for. For developers and analysts who want Moscow Exchange market data directly in an agent, with no registration or keys.
Good fit when
- You need a list of securities on a specific market or board with sorting and filters
- You need trading history for a security over a period with no third-party service
- You need MOEX ISS access with no key or subscription, reading public data only
Not a fit when
- You need market microstructure (order book, order imbalance) and AlgoPack data: this server does not cover them
- You need personal account data or trading operations: the server only reads public ISS data
