What it does
A .NET 10 server split into Domain, Application, Infrastructure and Host layers offers 13 tools over the open ISS API: quotes and top gainers and losers for TQBR stocks and bonds (OFZ and corporate), USD and EUR to RUB rates, gold and silver prices per gram, IMOEX and RTSI index values, security search, news from the MOEX site, candles and closing-price history with an asset-class parameter, and instrument comparison and performance ranking over a period. The server accounts for trading sessions: outside of a session, tools return the last session's price with an explicit market-status label. The cache is in-memory by default, Redis can be added as an external TTL cache, and Seq is optional for logs.

0 stars, a single author. No futures or options. Mixed-class comparison in one compare_instruments call is not supported because units differ (rubles, percent of face value, rubles per gram). Needs the .NET 10 SDK; Redis and Seq are optional and not required to run.
How to disable. Remove the moex block from your MCP client config and stop the dotnet run process.

Is Redis required?
No, without a Redis connection string the server uses an in-memory cache; Redis is only an optional external TTL cache.
Can I compare a stock and a bond in one call?
No, the README states mixed-class comparison across different price units is not supported.
