What it does

The server talks to the JivoSite API using a token from the control panel and gives an agent nine tools: listing chats filtered by status, listing agents, searching contacts by name, email or phone and creating one, reading a specific chat's messages and sending a reply, plus listing, creating and deleting webhooks. Two Claude Code skills immediately show active chats and agent online or offline statistics without extra parameters.

Who it is for. For support and sales teams using the JivoSite live chat who want to review conversations and reply to customers through an agent.

Good fit when

  • You want a summary of active chats and agent workload without opening the JivoSite panel
  • You need to quickly find a customer's contact and message history
  • You need to set up or remove a webhook for an integration with another system

Not a fit when

  • Your company does not use JivoSite
  • You need to configure the chat widget on the site itself, not work with data through the API

Limitations

The project has a single author and is part of the same author's larger series of Russian API MCP servers. send_message really sends a reply to the customer on the agent's behalf. The README does not describe rate limits or token permissions.

Yes, the send_message tool sends a message to a specific chat as the agent, and this is a real action.

Can new contacts be created through the server?

Yes, the create_contact tool adds a new contact with the given data.
