What it does
The server connects an agent to your Metricool account at https://ai.metricool.com/mcp. According to the Metricool help page it gives brands and connected social networks, metrics and analytics, creating and publishing posts, scheduling, inbox and comments, Google Business reviews, ad campaigns, autolists and files from Canva and Drive. All operations stay within your plan limits. Sign-in is OAuth for ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, Cursor, TypingMind, Smithery and Mistral Vibe, n8n uses an API key in the X-Mc-Auth header, and Claude Desktop has a path through npx mcp-remote.
Who it is for. For SMM specialists, marketers and agencies who run social media and ads in Metricool and want to move planning, analytics and replies into an agent chat.
Good fit when

Limitations
The server writes to your account: it publishes and schedules posts, replies on social networks and manages ad campaigns, so confirm the agent's actions. All operations stay within your Metricool plan limits. Any plan fits, including the free one, per the Metricool help page. Requests to social networks and analytics are processed by the Metricool service. The vendor page has no exact connection command for Claude Code. The earlier open server mcp-metricool on PyPI required an account with API access on the Advanced plan, and there are no sources in a repository to check. Availability from Russia is not stated in the documentation.
How to disable. Remove the server from the client settings (in Claude Code: claude mcp remove metricool) and revoke the app's access in the Metricool account settings.

How do I sign in?
In most clients through OAuth at the server address. In n8n an API key from the account settings is used in the X-Mc-Auth header.

How do I connect it to Claude Desktop?
