What it does
Postmypost MCP connects an agent to a Postmypost workspace, a social media auto-posting service. Through 15 tools the agent lists projects, connected accounts and rubrics, creates and updates publications (post, story, reel) with a date and status, deletes them, uploads files by link or directly and reads account and publication analytics for a period. A publication can go to several accounts at once, and the agent sets the draft, pending or approval status. Every action runs within your account permissions.
Who it is for. For SMM managers, marketers and channel owners who run several social networks in Postmypost and want an agent to prepare posts and queue them in the calendar.
Good fit when

- You have no Postmypost account and no token or OAuth sign-in: the server will not connect
- You need replies to comments and messages: the MCP tool list has none
- Publishing for a brand without reviewing the text is risky: keep the draft or approval status

Limitations
The docs describe 15 tools and the parameters of each, but do not state request limits or which plans include MCP: check with Postmypost. Lists support pagination (page, per_page). The service trial is 7 days on the Advanced plan with up to 50 publications. The server code is closed. The description and the MIT license live in the vendor's official GitHub repository, and the Node.js and Python SDKs are open separately.
How to disable. Remove the connector or the server from the client configuration and revoke the token in your Postmypost account.

Which tools does Postmypost MCP provide?
Fifteen: projects, accounts, channels, rubrics and time zones (list_projects, list_accounts, list_channels, list_rubrics, list_timezones), publications (list_publications, get_publication, create_publication, update_publication, delete_publication), file upload (init_upload, complete_upload, status_upload) and analytics (get_analytics_accounts, get_analytics_publications).
How do I connect Postmypost MCP to Claude, Claude Code and Codex?
In Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector with https://mcp.postmypost.io/mcp, sign-in goes through OAuth with the mcp:read and mcp:write scopes. In Claude Code use claude mcp add --transport http with an Authorization: Bearer header. In Codex use codex mcp add postmypost --url https://mcp.postmypost.io/mcp or a config.toml block with bearer_token_env_var.
Can I send drafts for approval instead of publishing right away?
Yes. A publication has a status: 4 draft, 5 pending, 10 template, 11 workflow stage, 12 on approval. The agent sets the one you need on create and update.
What happens when an agent deletes a publication?
The delete_publication tool requires a mode: 1 delete everywhere, 2 social network only, 3 Postmypost only, plus a list of accounts. For the first run pick mode 3 and check the result.
Do I need a VPN for Postmypost?
Per the service help no VPN is needed: the main domain is postmypost.io, the backup is postmypost.ru.
