What it does
A Symfony console app runs an MCP server on top of the logiscape/mcp-sdk-php library, giving four keyless tools over the Moscow Exchange ISS API: a security's specification, the indices it belongs to, aggregated trading results for a chosen date, and current trading data for an instrument. The server can run locally via the bin/server binary, the app:mcp-server console command, or a Docker and Podman image, with a built-in test client app:mcp-client for verification.
Who it is for. For PHP developers already on Symfony who want a Moscow Exchange data MCP server in a familiar stack.
Good fit when
- Your project is on PHP and Symfony and you want an MCP server in the same stack
- You need a security's basic specification, its indices and trading results for a date
- Running via a Docker image without a local PHP install works for you

- You need candles, an order book or a trade feed: the server does not provide them
- You do not have PHP 8.3 and Composer and do not want to build a Docker image
