What it does
The server provides standard CRM tools (contact search and lookup, deals with filters and stage changes, leads, creating deals and leads) and tasks (search, create, lookup by ID), plus URI resources like contact://123 and deals://active. Its main feature is a ready ChatBotService layer for Bitrix24 chat bots (imbot): a developer only needs to write one handle_message method that calls their own LLM and returns a reply, and the server handles registering the bot in the portal, receiving incoming messages via an HTTP webhook handler, and mirroring replies into a deal's timeline. Once registered, the agent shows up in the portal's group chats like a regular employee and replies to managers directly.

The chat-bot feature needs a public HTTPS URL (ngrok, cloudflared or your own hosting) to receive Bitrix24 events; without it only the regular MCP tools work. The AI agent's own logic (calling an LLM) must be written by the developer; the server only provides the registration and message-delivery wiring.
How to disable. Uninstall with pip uninstall bitrix24-mcp, revoke the webhook in the portal, and remove the bot from chats via the connections section or ChatBotService.

FAQ
Do I need to write my own LLM integration?
Yes, the server only provides the wiring (bot registration, receiving messages, replying); calling a specific model is written in one handle_message method.
Can it be used without the chat bot, just for CRM?
Yes, the regular CRM and task tools work over stdio right after the webhook is set up; a public URL is only needed for the chat bot.
