What it does

The server authenticates to the SendPulse API using OAuth2 client credentials, caching and refreshing the token itself, and gives an agent 11 tools: a list of mailing lists with subscriber counts, creating and sending an email campaign to a list, a list of campaigns with send, open and click statistics, listing and viewing email templates, sending transactional mail via SMTP and listing sent SMTP mail, plus listing push-enabled sites, push notification statistics, and creating a push task. Two Claude Code skills run sending an email and a subscriber statistics summary.

Who it is for. For marketers running email and push campaigns in SendPulse who want to launch campaigns and check statistics through an agent.

Good fit when

  • You want to quickly send an email campaign to an existing mailing list
  • You need open and click statistics for a recent campaign
  • You need to send transactional mail via SMTP or launch a push notification

Not a fit when

  • You do not have a SendPulse account with API access
  • You need to add or remove subscribers from mailing lists: no tool covers that

Limitations

The project has a single author and is part of the same author's larger series of Russian API MCP servers. send_email really sends a campaign to the whole mailing list, and it cannot be undone after the call. The README does not describe SendPulse's API limits or plan restrictions.

FAQ

Does the email go out immediately after send_email?

Yes, the tool creates and immediately sends a campaign to the given mailing list, and this cannot be undone.

Can I send mail without a mailing list?

Yes, for single transactional emails there is a separate smtp_send_email tool via the SMTP service.
