What it does
GTM Skills is an Explorium plugin with 22 skills for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and other agents. The skills build company lists from a target customer description (list-builder), enrich companies and contacts (enrich-company, enrich-contact), rank accounts and leads (account-fit-rank, score-leads), map decision makers (decision-makers-map), prepare signals for personal emails (personalize-email) and write meeting briefs (meeting-prep). Most skills take their data from the Vibe Prospecting MCP server at https://vibeprospecting.explorium.ai/mcp. In the Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and Copilot plugins it connects by itself; for other agents you add it by hand. The enrich-contact skill takes only the email by default as the cheaper option and asks for a phone number when it is explicitly needed. Some skills carry work through to a result: cold-email-lemlist pushes a prepared list into a live Lemlist campaign, hubspot-enrichment-scoring writes scores into HubSpot properties, and abm-campaign runs an ABM campaign through LinkedIn Ads. lead-gen-tool-builder scaffolds a lead search web app with a CRM push, and browser-extension-builder scaffolds a local Chrome extension that reveals contacts on LinkedIn and pushes them to HubSpot.
Who it is for. Sales reps, marketers and founders of B2B companies who run outbound in an agent and want lists, enrichment and emails without separate tools.
Good fit when
- The target customer is described in words and you need a company list with size, technologies and growth signals
- A CRM holds companies without data and they must be enriched and tiered by ICP fit
- A call brief is being prepared: account details, hiring, technologies, talking points
- An outbound campaign is assembled from list to email and then goes into Lemlist
- You need your own lead search tool or an extension for LinkedIn profiles: the skills scaffold it
Not a fit when
- You have no Vibe Prospecting account: the data comes from its MCP server, and the README states a free tier
- The target people are in the EU or other regions with strict personal data protection and you lack a lawful basis for processing
- You need LinkedIn Ads: the abm-campaign skill requires separate LinkedIn Ads API credentials
- Outreach is run without regard for recipients' consent and mailing rules: the skills only prepare and send material
Example request
Build a list of 50 European fintech companies with 50 to 200 employees and find a head of sales contact at eachLimitations
A Vibe Prospecting account is required and the data comes from its MCP server, so most skills do not work without one; the authors say a free tier exists. abm-campaign needs LinkedIn Ads API credentials. A phone number costs more than an email, so the enrich-contact skill defaults to email only. The LinkedIn extension and the lead search tool are produced as a scaffold that the agent finishes for you. Coverage and freshness of the data are set by the provider, and the repository has no independent measurements.
How to disable. In Claude Code remove the plugin with claude plugin uninstall explorium-public-skills@explorium-public-skills or through the /plugin menu; in other agents delete the skill folders installed by npx skills add. The vibe-prospecting MCP server is removed from the agent's settings separately.
FAQ
How do I install GTM Skills in Claude Code?
Run claude plugin marketplace add explorium-ai/gtm-skills, then claude plugin install explorium-public-skills@explorium-public-skills. The Vibe Prospecting MCP server connects together with the plugin.
Do I need an Explorium key or account?
A Vibe Prospecting account is needed because the skills read data from its MCP server. The README states a free tier. Separate credentials are required only by the abm-campaign skill: access to the LinkedIn Ads API.
Does the set work outside Claude Code?
Yes. Plugins exist for Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Grok Build and Factory Droid, and for other agents (OpenCode, Windsurf, Cline, Goose, Hermes-Agent and more) npx skills add installs the skills and the MCP server is added by hand.
What does the enrich-contact skill do?
From an email, a name with a company, a LinkedIn URL or an internal id it finds the person and returns a profile: title, seniority, department, contacts. It does not search by phone alone, and when several matches come back it shows a candidate table and asks you to pick.
What is sent outside?
cold-email-lemlist pushes a prepared list into a Lemlist campaign, hubspot-enrichment-scoring writes scores into HubSpot and abm-campaign works with LinkedIn Ads. The other skills read data and show the result in the conversation.

--- name: list-builder description: "Prospecting skill for Claude Code and Codex: build a targeted list of B2B prospects or businesses from a natural-language ICP brief using real-time company and contact data. Use when the user asks to 'build a list', 'find prospects', 'pull a target account list', 'give me contacts at', 'show me companies that', or describes titles, departments, industries, company size, location, tech stack, intent topics, or growth events. The go-to lead generation skill for Claude Code, Codex, Hermes-Agent, and other AI agents." --- # List Builder Turn a natural-language audience brief into a clean, exportable prospect or business list. ## Input `$ARGUMENTS` is a free-text description of the audience. Parse it for: - Entity type (prospects vs businesses; default prospects if ambiguous). - Role signals: job titles, seniority, department. - Firmographics: industry, size bucket, revenue bucket, company age, public vs private. - Geography: country, US/Canadian state, or city region. - Technographics, intent topics, growth events with a recency window in days. - Contactability: reachable / emailable. - Count (default 25), fields requested (e.g. "include phone") that drive which enrichments layer on top. Example phrasings: "100 VP Engineering at Series B SaaS in the US that use Snowflake", "heads of demand gen at 200-1000 fintech in NYC", "50 CFOs at public manufacturing that raised funding in the last 90 days", "cybersecurity under 500 employees in the UK with intent on zero trust". ## Workflow 1. **Decide list type.** Prospects if the brief names person attributes (title, seniority, department). Businesses if only company attributes are named. If prospects are scoped by a prior company set, plan to thread that businesses table into the prospect fetch. 2. **Discover canonical values.** For every free-text field (industry, technology, job title, intent topic, city region), resolve the user's phrase to the standardized value the API expects. Skip discovery for ISO country codes, region codes, bucket enums (size, revenue, age), seniority and department enums, and boolean flags. 3. **Tighten loose title filters.** Title filters are not enforced as exact-match: a job-title-only filter for "Vice President of Engineering" can return non-VP rows. Always combine a title with a seniority value (e.g. "vice president") to keep the slice tight. 4. **Size the audience.** Get a total match count for the assembled filters before pulling rows. Use this number to frame the preview honestly and to warn the user early if the audience is unexpectedly small or massive. 5. **Sample-first preview.** Pull a small slice (5 rows) and render it for the user to sanity-check the filter translation before materializing the full list. The interactive preview is hard-capped at 5 rows: treat it as a sanity sample, not as the ranked top-N. 6. **Pull the full list.** Once the preview is approved, materialize the requested count via the paid export path. Restate the audience definition so the user can see what locked in. 7. **Enrich the rows.** For prospects, default to email-only contact enrichment (cheaper); add phone only when the user explicitly asks for it (e.g. dialer flows). Add profile data for LinkedIn URL and bio when requested. Prospect-side LinkedIn post content is NOT available: for recent activity, enrich LinkedIn posts on the employer instead. For businesses, layer in firmographics, technographics, funding, workforce trends, competitive landscape, ratings, or strategic insights based on the fields the user asked for. 8. **Output as a table artifact** with the CSV path called out so the user can download or pipe it onward. ## Output Format ### Search Criteria Applied Bulleted readout of every filter that landed: entity type, title and seniority, department, industry, size and revenue buckets, geography, tech stack, intent topics, growth events with their recency window, and any boolean flags. Call out any requested filter that had no direct equivalent and how it was approximated. ### Prospect List Show when entity type is prospects. Columns: name, job title, company, company domain, industry, company size, email (professional preferred), phone if pulled, LinkedIn URL, prospect_id. Drop columns the user did not ask for. Caveat: email and phone only populate after contact enrichment; the discovery preview returns identifiers only. ### Business List
