What it does
html-share gathers the HTML pages an agent makes into one private archive on your own AWS account. The package ships the `html-share` CLI and the skills `create-html`, `mobile` and `inbox`. `create-html` turns notes and research into a self-contained page, and the CLI publishes it on a separate domain. Pages open from a phone, group into cards by project and are shared by links with an expiry. Through `inbox` you leave a task from the phone and the agent on your computer picks it up. Stale pages move to storage automatically and their links stop opening.
Who it is for. Developers and analysts who ask an agent to write reports as HTML and want to read them on a phone without third-party services.
Good fit when
- An agent produced a report or comparison and a colleague gets a link valid for a week.
- Research results are read on the road from a phone.
- An idea for the agent is noted on the phone and executed at the work computer.
- Many old HTML pages piled up and should leave circulation.
Not a fit when
- There is no AWS account and no two hostnames of your own.
- Pages should live on public hosting such as GitHub Pages.
- The agent has no access to Node.js 22 or newer.
Example request
Add this HTML to html-share and create a link for the team valid for 7 days.Limitations
Setup is heavy: it needs Node.js 22 or newer, an authenticated AWS CLI, two hostnames and an ACM certificate from us-east-1. AWS CDK deploys the infrastructure with `npm run deploy`, so costs land on your account. The documentation and the skills are written in Japanese. Publishable directories are listed in `content.roots` of the configuration; other files are not published. Pages open through signed links; `html-share keys init` creates the signing keys and `html-share keys store` saves them.
How to disable. Remove the skill symlinks from `~/.claude/skills` and run `npm unlink` for the CLI. Delete the cloud resources through AWS CDK or the AWS console.
FAQ
Where do the pages go?
To S3 on your own AWS account, behind two separate CloudFront domains: one for reading pages and one for the dashboard. The author states that pages are not sent to him.
Which skills are included?
Three: `create-html` formats a page, `mobile` sends a confirmation request to the phone and `inbox` picks up tasks left from the phone.
Does it work with Cursor?
The author names Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Link the skills into your agent's skills directory.
What are the environment requirements?
Node.js 22 or newer, an authenticated AWS CLI, two hostnames and an ACM certificate from us-east-1.
How do I deploy the infrastructure?
After configuring `html-share.config.yaml`, run `html-share keys init`, `html-share keys store`, `npm run deploy` and `html-share publish`.
