It is a third-party set and not from Google. Installation in Claude Code: `/plugin marketplace add scaccogatto/okf-skills`, then `/plugin install okf@scaccogatto`; for other agents `npx skills add scaccogatto/okf-skills`. The plugin has skills, subagents, a Stop hook and an MCP server. Version okf v0.10.0 from 28.09.2026, MIT license.
