It needs installed Power BI and Fabric tooling and matching subscriptions and access: Power BI Desktop, Tabular Editor, Fabric CLI and others. The project is under active development with a weekly release cadence; skills may be renamed and changed between versions, and the README advises pinning version 26.25 or earlier for stability. GPL-3.0 with an added attribution condition: you may not copy the skills into your own products or courses without a link to the source.
How to disable. Disable unneeded plugins via /plugin, or remove the power-bi-agentic-development marketplace via /plugin. Individual hook checks can be turned off in the plugins' config.yaml files.
