What it does
The set turns the questions of where to submit, how to write and why you were rejected into installable skills tailored to specific journals and conferences. There are packs for leading venues in economics, management and finance, plus AI and computer-science conferences. A skill runs a pre-submission preflight against a venue's rules: word and exhibit limits, abstract cap, fees, author metadata, declarations and the data and code availability policy. Each pack installs as a Claude Code or Codex plugin, and you can take a single venue or a broad collection.
Who it is for. For researchers and paper authors preparing a submission to a specific journal.

The skills check venue rules and help with formatting but do not guarantee acceptance or write the research for you. Journal rules change, so do the final check against the venue's current guidelines. Some material is in Chinese.

The README describes a per-journal approach: each venue or conference gets its own installable skill pack covering venue choice, formatting and review. Installation goes through the Claude Code and Codex plugin marketplace, with packs installed one at a time, for example qje-skills or research-toolkit-skills. The repository collects packs for economics, management, finance and AI and computer-science conferences. MIT licensed.

Do I need to install all packs?
No. You install the pack for your journal or conference, or a broad collection such as research-toolkit-skills.
Does the skill replace the journal's rules?
No. It is a pre-submission preflight; do the final check against the venue's current requirements.
