What it does
The set drives short drama and motion-comic production along a pipeline: source analysis, episode script, visual design, image prompts and storyboard, video prompts, production after confirmation, editing and review. Each skill installs into the coding agent you already use, and the writing model is that agent's model. All project truth lives in a few Markdown files per episode, with no parallel database, so editing a file edits that layer of decisions. Character and wardrobe consistency across shots is held by continuity locks written into the files and checked by a script. Any image, video, voice or music generation is first shown in a file with its exact contents and parameters, and calls an external service only after explicit confirmation.
Who it is for. For screenwriters, short-drama and motion-comic studios and directors who work through an agent over files.
Good fit when
- You need to analyze a novel and build an episode plan for adaptation
- You need to write an episode and break it into visual design, storyboard and prompts
- You need to assemble a finished cut from already generated clips with an explained edit
Not a fit when
- You do not work in an agent that supports the Agent Skill format
- You need a one-off idea without the file pipeline and external generation

The scripts need Python 3.9 or newer, and assembling a cut needs ffmpeg and ffprobe on PATH. Image, video, voice and music generation goes through external services that you connect and pay for yourself, and credentials stay out of the project. Documentation is Chinese first, with an English version kept in parallel.
How to disable. Remove the added skill folders from your agent's skills directory, for example ~/.claude/skills/ or ~/.codex/skills/. If you installed via npx skills, rerunning the command manages the install.

The README describes an 11-skill pipeline for short drama and motion comics, from idea or novel to a finished cut, across analysis, script, visual design, prompts, storyboard, production, editing and review. The set grew out of the authors' own studio production line and replaced an in-house monolith with files plus skills driven from an agent CLI. It installs via npx skills add or manual symlinks into the Claude Code or Codex skills directory. Invocation depends on the runtime: /short-drama, $short-drama or plain language. MIT licensed, Python scripts, ffmpeg required for editing.

FAQ
Where are episode decisions stored?
In a few Markdown files per episode: script, visual design, storyboard, image prompts and video prompts, plus a cut list when you assemble a film. There is no separate database.
Does the set spend money on generation by itself?
Not without your consent. The production skill first shows the exact batch contents and parameters in a file and calls an external service only after explicit confirmation.
