What it does
GoLive determines what an agent-built app needs (hosting, database, sign-in, domain, mail, payments), plans changes and asks for confirmation on your accounts. Live steps need the `--confirm-live` flag, DNS `--confirm-dns` and deletions `--confirm-destroy`. Per the README no GoLive account is needed and there is no telemetry. Installation: `npx skills add https://github.com/mikehasa/golive-skill --skill golive --global`. Version v0.1.0-alpha.8 from 03.10.2026, MIT license. An early alpha.
Who it is for. For developers and founders who built a product with an agent and want to take it live safely with a change plan.
Good fit when
- You need to take an agent-built product live
- You need a change plan for hosting, database, domain and payments
- You need confirmations for live, DNS and deleting steps
Not a fit when
- You cannot give an agent rights to product accounts
- You need stability: this is an early alpha
Example request
Make a plan for taking the app live: hosting, database and domain, show it and run nothing without confirmationLimitations
The skill gets rights to your product accounts: hosting, domain, payments, so access is wide. This is an early alpha of version 0.1. Live steps need --confirm-live, DNS --confirm-dns and deletions --confirm-destroy: do not pass these flags without checking the plan. Start with a test project.
How to disable. Remove the skill from the agent's folder and revoke the rights and keys you issued for the work.
