What it does

The skill installs six independent sub-skills and a top-level router that picks the right one from your request. One finds jobs from your resume and target, deduplicates them and builds an HTML list; another decodes a specific job description and reports whether to apply, where the gaps are and what interviews will ask. Separate skills build resumes from eleven print-ready templates, help assemble a story bank with the STAR and CAR methods for behavioral interviews, compare multiple offers, and prepare a salary negotiation strategy with scripts. The skill invents nothing: all facts come from what the user provides.

Who it is for. For job seekers who run the search from a job posting to signing an offer.

Good fit when

  • You need to decode a job posting and decide whether to apply
  • You need to build or tailor a resume for a specific role
  • You need to prep for a behavioral interview, compare offers or discuss pay

Not a fit when

  • You want the agent to apply or send messages for you rather than prepare materials
  • You have no real experience to give, and the skill deliberately does not invent facts

Limitations

The skill prepares materials but does not apply or send messages for the user. Some text and stories are saved bilingually, aimed at the English and Chinese job markets. Job search uses public sources and separates verified facts from inference. It is not professional career or legal advice.

How to disable. Delete the offer-toolkit-skill folder from the agent's skills directory, or remove individual sub-folders.
