What it does

A set of twenty skills that give the agent methodology for resumes, applications and careers. They check a resume for compatibility with ATS systems and score the match against a vacancy, rewrite experience lines into achievements with numbers, tailor a resume to a specific posting without distorting facts, and prepare cover letters. There are separate skills for technical, executive, academic and creative roles, plus STAR-method interview prep, offer analysis and a salary negotiation strategy. Each skill is a SKILL.md file with activation triggers, step-by-step methodology and an output format, with no code and no network calls.

Who it is for. For people looking for a job or changing fields who want to prepare resumes, letters and applications through an agent.

Limitations

The skills provide methodology and text but do not produce a laid-out resume file by themselves. The material targets the English-language job market, ATS systems and formatting practices, so some advice needs adapting for the Russian market. ATS guidance and match percentages are guidelines, not a guarantee of a response. Estimates and numbers inside the skills are for reference.

How to disable. Remove the skill folders from your agent's directory, for example ~/.claude/skills/ or ~/.cursor/skills/, or remove them by name with npx skills remove.
