What it does

The service provides 15 MCP tools for Russian data: a company check by INN through the EGRUL state registry, self-employed NPD status via the tax service, Runet search through Yandex, converting a Russian-language page to Markdown, seller or company dossiers, Russian Post rates, tracking and addresses, Central Bank of Russia rates, and Moscow Exchange quotes. Every call is paid separately in USDC on the Base network via the x402 protocol: the agent signs a payment authorization message and gets a response with no registration or API keys. There is a remote HTTP MCP and a local stdio server in Docker that proxies calls to the same paid endpoint.

Who it is for. For agents and developers outside Russia who need legal access to Russian-language data without opening an account in every individual Russian service.

Limitations

Payment runs through USDC cryptocurrency on Base via the x402 protocol; there is no regular billing account or card option. The service has no open source for the proxy itself beyond a thin local bridge (server.py) and a tool catalog. There is no free tier or trial, every call costs a few cents or more. The service's own marketing clearly targets agents outside Russia rather than Russian users who already have direct access to the same government services.

How to disable. Remove the server from your MCP client configuration or stop the local Docker bridge container.
