Access and checks

How we review

Extended accessThe tool runs code or makes network calls and only reads external data.

  • The CLI guides steer the agent toward cloud and cluster commands that change live infrastructure.
  • Skills work with keys for external services such as PostHog and Gemini.

This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.

What it does

The repository publishes the `adal-agent-skills` marketplace with two plugins. The `core-skills` plugin holds six skills: `create-skill` for writing your own, `posthog-analytics` for PostHog dashboards through the API, `clone-anywebsite` for copying a landing page, `glowmotion` for animated diagrams in one HTML file, `codegraph` for an interactive code graph and `finger-frame-ai` for video driven by a two-hand gesture. The `swe-cli-skills` plugin bundles 23 guides for command-line tools: AWS, gcloud, Azure, Terraform, Docker, kubectl, Helm, git, GitHub CLI, jq, curl, SSH, npm, pip, psql, redis-cli, plus Stripe, Sentry, Vercel, Firebase and Fly.io. The guides cover workflows, safety checks and common mistakes.

Who it is for. Claude Code and AdaL CLI users who want a ready skill set for engineering chores and visual tasks.

Good fit when

  • You need to grasp an unfamiliar codebase fast through an interactive graph of imports and layers.
  • The agent should work carefully with `kubectl`, Terraform or `gcloud` using vetted workflows.
  • A presentation needs an animated architecture diagram in one HTML file.
  • PostHog dashboards should be created and exported through the API, not by hand.

Not a fit when

  • You need one specific skill and installing a whole plugin adds extras.
  • Copying someone else's site would breach copyright: `clone-anywebsite` reproduces a page close to pixel-perfect.
  • You need a license that names usage rights explicitly.
  • You work in Cursor or Codex: the marketplace is built around the `/plugin` command.

Example request

Build an interactive code graph of this repository and show layers and dependency cycles.

Limitations

The repository specifies no license, so usage terms must be confirmed with the author. Install uses the `/plugin` commands of Claude Code and AdaL CLI, and no route is described for other clients. `posthog-analytics` works with your PostHog key, and `finger-frame-ai` uses Gemini Omni, MediaPipe and FFmpeg, so external keys and installed programs are needed. `clone-anywebsite` requires a paired Builder and Evaluator mode and may not be usable for sites whose content is copyrighted by others. The last commit in the repository dates from September 2026.

How to disable. Remove the plugin through the `/plugin` interface and drop the marketplace from the list. User skills created through `create-skill` stay in `~/.adal/skills/` and project directories.

FAQ

How do I add the marketplace to Claude Code?

Run `/plugin marketplace add SylphAI-Inc/skills`, then open `/plugin` and pick a plugin, or install it by command.

How do I install a plugin directly?

The format is `/plugin install core-skills@adal-agent-skills`. For the CLI guides use `swe-cli-skills`.

What is AdaL CLI?

An automation-first agent harness from Sylph.ai. Its `/plugin` commands match those of Claude Code.

What does the codegraph skill do?

It scans imports, symbols, layers and dependency cycles and outputs a graph as one HTML file with summaries and tours.

Where do I keep my own skills?

Personal ones go in `~/.adal/skills/` and project ones in `.adal/skills/`. Public ones are packaged as a GitHub repo with a plugin.
