How we review

Broad accessThe tool can change data, run commands or handle secrets.

  • The agent acts in your Bitrix24 session and can create and change tasks, deals and smart process records
  • Access cannot be limited with API rights, the agent sees everything available to the signed-in user

What it does

The plugin installs the `bitrix24-ui` skill, which makes an agent act in an already open Bitrix24 portal as a user: it opens projects, tasks and CRM, finds records, creates and changes them. No REST API, webhooks or separate server are needed, the agent uses the browser of the desktop app. Before writing, the agent checks where the target object lives so it does not mix up a project, a task and a CRM item, then performs the action and returns a link or ID. The repository includes a verified profile of a test portal: a project, a task, a deal and two smart processes for contracts and correspondence with registration numbers. On another portal the agent studies the available objects and fields anew.

Who it is for. Employees of Bitrix24 companies with a closed REST API who want to hand project and CRM routine to a desktop agent.

Good fit when

  • REST and webhooks are closed by the plan, but you still want an agent to find and edit records
  • Find a project by name and list its tasks without manual search
  • Create a task in a project with a description and get a link to it
  • Find a contract by number and change fields in a smart process

Not a fit when

  • You need work with the computer off: the agent acts only while the app is open and signed in
  • You need bulk export through REST: the plugin drives the interface and never calls the API
  • You need an agent for Claude Code or Cursor: the plugin targets desktop ChatGPT and Codex

Example request

Find the project "Office renovation", list its tasks and create a task "Order furniture" due on Friday

Limitations

Installation targets Windows: the scripts are PowerShell and updates run as a scheduler task. The plugin depends on browser control tools in the desktop app, and without them the skill cannot open a portal. Verification passed on one test portal, while access rights for production data and the legal completeness of the contract template are not checked. The author keeps sources in a private repository, so the public copy can lag behind. Version 1.0.0, the last commit in November 2026, no stars.

How to disable. Remove the `bitrix24-local-agent` plugin in the desktop app settings and disable the auto-update task created by `enable-auto-updates.ps1`.

FAQ

Do I need a webhook or API key?

No. The agent works through the interface of an already open portal and does not use REST API or webhooks.

What has been verified in practice?

On a test portal a project, a task and a deal were created, and search, reading, editing and task status changes were checked. Two smart processes with fields and letter numbers were added afterwards.

How does the plugin update?

The `update-local.ps1` script pulls the new version from Git `origin` and reinstalls the plugin. `enable-auto-updates.ps1` runs the check at Windows sign-in and daily.

Does the plugin work on any portal?

The profile is verified on one test portal. On another the agent first studies projects, tasks and fields and then acts.

How do I check the installation?

Run `scripts/doctor.ps1`: it shows the plugin version and the Windows update task state but does not check the portal sign-in.
