What it does
PM-Skills is a set of product management skills installed into an agent as a plugin and invoked by name. They cover the full product cycle: finding and assessing a problem, framing it, exploring solutions, shipping, measuring and iterating. There are tool families for the Foundation Sprint and Design Sprint, utility skills and sub-agents. Each skill ships templates and sample outputs that set a quality bar. Orchestrator commands chain skills into workflows.
Who it is for. For product and project managers and founders who run a product in an agent and want a base of proven practices.

The skills define process and artifacts but do not replace market and user data, which you bring yourself. The material is in English. The project's separate MCP server is in maintenance mode, the main install path is the plugin or the skills CLI.
How to disable. Uninstall the pm-skills plugin via /plugin or remove the skills installed through the skills CLI.
