What it does
Superhero Skills bundles 17 skills into one plugin with two folders: Product Discovery and Product Design. Discovery helps you understand customers and choose a problem. `supersentence` runs a short interview and market research and ends with a super sentence, a verdict and a next test. `supersprint` runs a discovery cycle with saved decisions and an evidence tree in HTML. The other skills analyse interview transcripts, find public customer opinions, research sources, prepare an interview plan, let you practise on a fictional customer and analyse data. `pres-prioritization` compares opportunities on four criteria: pain, reach, evidence and strategic fit. The sum does not pick the winner for you, the decision stays with a person. `experiment-design` turns ideas into prototypes, demand tests and commitment tests with checkable hypotheses, and `code-event-storming` reconstructs business processes from code in an interactive board. The Product Design folder holds skills for landing pages, visual direction research, design-system component documentation, extracting `DESIGN.md` and building a Figma library. Each `supersprint` cycle saves its documents under `supersprint/<cycle>/` in the project so you can return to it.
Who it is for. Product managers, designers and engineers who want to go from a signal to a working prototype with an agent and rely on evidence.
Good fit when
- You have a business idea and want a formulation, a verdict and a next test from one interview
- Customer interview transcripts have piled up and need to be grouped into themes and opportunities with quotes
- Several opportunities compete and you must pick one by pain, reach, evidence and strategy
- Legacy code hides business processes and you want them rebuilt as an EventStorming board with source excerpts
Not a fit when
- You want one quick answer without a research cycle: the skills work with interviews, sources and saved decisions
- The research must run offline: `desk-research` and `customer-research` rely on live web search
- You need a Figma library without an account: building a library needs a connected Figma and the official plugin
- You expect a replacement for product judgment: the prioritisation score sum does not pick a winner
Example request
Run /product-discovery:supersentence. My idea is an app for planning apartment renovations. Ask the questions one at a timeLimitations
- It needs an agent that reads skills and saves files in the project. The renderers need Python 3, and data analysis also needs pandas, matplotlib and seaborn.
- `desk-research` and `customer-research` need web search and access to original sources, and visual research also needs a browser with screenshots.
- `build-figma-library` works only with a connected Figma account and the official plugin, and access depends on the plan.
- The installation id remained `product-discovery`, while the plugin name is now Superhero Skills.
- The skills do not replace Super Brain, which is only needed to keep context and is optional.
How to disable. In Claude Code run `/plugin uninstall product-discovery@superhero-skills`. In Codex remove the plugin on the plugins page. For skills installed through `skills.sh`, delete their folders from the agent's skills directory. The `supersprint/` folder in the project stays.
FAQ
How do I install Superhero Skills in Claude Code?
Run `/plugin marketplace add superhero-tech/superhero-skills`, then `/plugin install product-discovery@superhero-skills`. If Claude Code asks for a reload, run `/reload-plugins`.
How do I call a skill explicitly?
In Claude Code with a command like `/product-discovery:supersentence`, in Codex with `$product-discovery:supersentence`. The same format works for `supersprint`, `pres-prioritization` and `experiment-design`.
Do I need Super Brain?
No. The plugin works on its own, without a personal knowledge vault or API keys. Super Brain adds storage of context, knowledge and decisions across conversations.
What does supersprint do?
It walks a cycle from goal and signals to opportunities, ideas, experiments and decisions. Before each stage it asks what to add, shows a draft and an HTML tree and waits for your review.
What does data analysis need?
Python 3 with pandas, matplotlib and seaborn, DuckDB for SQL, and openpyxl or pyarrow for some formats. The plugin brings instructions and scripts, not the libraries themselves.

README in short
The README explains how authors with experience at Booking.com, CD Projekt, Displate and GOG.com see the Product Builder role and describes a six-step loop. It then lists the skills by group in tables, details Supersprint, gives requirements, installation for ChatGPT Desktop, Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Codex, and selective install via `skills.sh`.
