What it does
The plugin bundles several skills around launching a startup. The main skill walks through strategy from scratch: market research, audience study, competitor analysis, business model, product definition, financial projections and validation experiments. Separate skills handle competitor comparison and battle cards, positioning and pitch prep. The work is split into phases with a pre-flight check and a customer-interview gate. By design the plugin is honest: if the idea is weak, it says so plainly. It installs as a marketplace plugin in Claude Code and compatible agents.
Who it is for. For founders and product managers who need a structured validation and launch plan for an idea.

The plugin gives structure, questions and templates, but the conclusions depend on your data and answers at the interview stage. It is not a substitute for real market research and talking to customers, but a frame for it. Financial projections are estimates, not guarantees.
How to disable. Uninstall the startup plugin via /plugin or remove the startup-skill marketplace.
