What it does
The pack was built by a practising lawyer from China and splits legal work into checkable steps. The entry skill `china-legal-skills` makes the agent read the router skill 「法律工作总控」, the main router and shared quality gate, before moving to a specialist skill. Topics: client advice, civil litigation, criminal defence, labour disputes, bankruptcy, contracts, product law, compliance and research of statutes and cases. The skills require naming sources and the verification status of statutes and court cases, flagging missing materials, OCR doubts and deadline risk. A Word document passes a pre-release review and an export gate. Contracts can yield a DOCX with real tracked changes and comments, and a statement of claim can be filled from a cloned DOCX template. All texts and prompts are written in Chinese.
Who it is for. Lawyers and in-house counsel who handle cases under Chinese law in Chinese and want structure instead of one long prompt.

Skills and prompts are in Chinese, so other languages need adaptation. The author states directly that the project gives no legal opinions: output stays a draft for a qualified lawyer to review. Settings for the lawyer's identity, firm, working folders, client ledger, OCR and cloud documents are set locally and are placeholders by default. Do not commit real client materials, API keys or paths. The model must mark references to statutes and cases as verified or unverified.
How to disable. Delete the copied folders from `~/.codex/skills/legal/` or your agent's skills directory. If you installed the Codex plugin, remove it with the plugin manager.
